GEMS ROCK™ Geology & Mineral Program Highlights...
Campers will "see & touch" an extensive glittering and crystal-filled exhibit of museum-quality Rocks, Minerals & Gemstones and participate in our highly interactive educational & entertaining show, presented by DINOSAURS ROCK experts.

 Topics include a fascinating overview and sampling of Mineral Resources (rocks & minerals we need and use in our everyday lives), the Mining process with an amazing display of Antique mining equipment and insights into Gemstones, like rubies & emeralds.

Campers will be "wowed" by our discussions and demonstrations of magical rocks, such as Magnetic Rocks and X-Ray Rock™....Campers will experience a dazzling world of scientific wonder!

Hands-on activity options include Gemstone Mining with our 25 ft rushing water sluice (kids pan for real gemstones to take home), Geode Opening, Amber Discovery, Gemstone Jewelry-Making....

Unbelievable Updated DINOSAUR PROGRAM for 2012

Campers participate in a highly interactive presentation by DINOSAURS ROCK experts. Hands-on activities include a fossil dig, fossil excavation and/or crystal-filled Geode opening. Campers also get  to "see & touch",  up-close an extensive 50+ piece exhibit including genuine Dinosaur Eggs, Meteorites, Dinosaur Teeth, Dinosaur Claws, Dinosaur Footprints, Amber and many other fossils that range from 2-Million to over 500 Million years old right at your camp. Exhibits also include giant life-size museum quality replicas (the same pieces we supply to Museums around the world).  Your campers will interact with many of the following: Huge 5Ft+ T-Rex Skull, 9 ft high Ice Age Mastodon leg, T-Rex Footprint, Coelophysis Skeleton, Edmontosaurus Skull, Saber-Tooth Tiger skull, Triceratops horns, Allosaurus, Apatosaurus Femur, Megaladon shark tooth & much more.
